THE PRELIMINARY STUDY PHASE AND THE DESIGN

Our work always begins with a customer need that submits us for our analysis, asking us if there is a solution to their problem.
As soon as we receive the request, our technicians carry out a preliminary check to ascertain if the feasibility exists. If this verification delivers a positive response, we move on to build a quote as accurate as possible and, as soon as we receive the customer's approval, we begin the design.

First we evaluate the design of the component to be machined (milled, drilled, chamfered, etc.) and, drawing on all our experience, we design the special tool.
Once the study phase has been completed, we move on to programming the grinding paths of the machines that will have to build the geometries of the special hard metal tool.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Starting from a hard metal cylinder (sometimes it may have holes for the lubricant), the machine shapes the geometries of the special hard metal tip and transforms it into the finished product.
Once the construction has been completed, it is important to verify that the special tool conforms to the design and for this reason it is subjected to dimensional verification measurements with sophisticated laser systems.

The special carbide tip is now ready to be shipped.

OUR 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HELP OUR CUSTOMERS

Over the past thirty years we have served many companies in the mechanical industry, solving their most disparate needs and gaining a great deal of experience in the industrial field.
There are companies that have trusted us for years because our technicians have always managed to find the right solution to their requests at the most correct price.
WHAT ARE OUR MAIN SECTORS
Our expertise is at the service of technologically advanced sectors such as:
Motorcycle industry
Automotive industry
Aviation and aerospace industry
Shipbuilding
Machine tool construction
Construction of mechanical accessories (e.g. molds, pumps, turbines, etc.)
Processing of synthetic fibers / composite materials
