LET'S START WITH THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST
We design and build special tools starting from the needs of our customer: our work starts from the design of the machining to be performed and on this, after careful evaluation, we design the special tools dedicated to that specific execution.
We are able to do this thanks to our great experience in the sector and also thanks to cutting-edge software that allow us to simulate the production of the special tool in 3D and provide us with actual data and measurements of the result.
In this way we can (quickly) view a virtual prototype, with the final dimensions, to allow our customers to evaluate the effectiveness of our project.
WHAT ARE THE SPECIAL TOOLS WE DESIGN
We build and regenerate semi-standard and standard hard metal tools of the highest quality (cutters, drills, step drills, reamers, countersinks, cutters for high-speed machining, gravers).
Given our thirty years of experience in the tool sector, we are able to find new geometries to meet the needs of the mechanical industry by offering them a complete package: design, development, construction and field application.
